After the most joyous worship, the international audience of the Global Communion received the penultimate God’s Word of the Month for 2019. Amid fever pitch anticipation the congregation heard Pastor Chris announce that November is the Month of Blessings. Glory to God.
A Blessed Communion
Taking the passage from Genesis 14:18-19 “Then Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine. He was priest of God Most High, and he blessed Abram, saying, Blessed be Abram by God Most High, Creator of heaven and earth.”
After an opening address by the esteemed Director of Programs, Pastor Ifeoma Chiemeka the excited anticipation was turned into the praise and worship of God. This was led by the esteemed Director of Church Growth International, Pastor Lanre Alabi.
There was a choir-led session of ecstatic singing as the heartfelt songs of worship were sung to God’s Glory.
A great uplift was felt when Pastor Chris called on the global congregation to pray especially for every nation on earth. In a moment of worship, he led the congregation to sing of God’s love, thanking Him for answers to prayers.
Then followed faith-stirring testimonies from Healing School infusing in the congregation with awe. This reaffirmed the possibility of consciousness and faith to receive desired miracles from God at any time. Video highlights of the ‘One Night of Blessings’ in Ghana were also shown. These blessings filled the consciousness of the nation of Ghana. Hallelujah.
“This month, walk with the consciousness of divine blessings,” Pastor Chris proclaimed to the global congregation. He further expounded the verse from Genesis 14:18-20, the man of God. To aid clarity he said” that the Christian is born into a realm of perpetual blessings as the seed of Abraham. When you come into this realm, it’s all about blessings everywhere,”
Glorious Gospel
The man of God went even further to show us the example set by the master, Jesus Christ as recorded in Matthew 26:26-27 – “ And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body. And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it,”. Pastor Chris stated that “giving thanks is declaring blessings as shown to us by Jesus in the above scripture.”
Pastor Chris then requested that the congregation should pray, “speaking in other tongues and declaring words of blessings concerning their lives, families, businesses and all their endeavors.”
Powerful Prayers
Taking a moment to say “ I’m the blessed of God! I’m blessed in my going out and coming in! I’m blessed in my mind and thoughts!I’m blessed in my missions!I’m blessed everywhere I go! I’m blessed! My work/job/assignments/project is blessed! My money is blessed!I’m thinking blessings!I’m talking blessings! I’m dreaming blessings!” Then November is going to be a glorious month for every member of the LoveWorld nation. Praise be to the Man of God Pastor Chris Oyakhiome for illuminating our path and encouraging us to finish strong.
