May is the ‘Month of Victory’, says Pastor Chris

We have just concluded the May Global Communion Service where our Man of God, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome declared this month to be the ‘Month of Victory’, saying:

“We have victory on every side by the power of the Holy Ghost,” he continuously reiterated as he instilled faith in the global audience to always take hold of the Word of the Lord.

The announcement was met with shouts of joy and excitement as Pastor Chris revealed the word of the month.

Reading from 1 John 5:4 and Deuteronomy 20:1, the man of God admonished the saints to remain resolute and fearless despite the daunting challenges they may face because the Spirit of God is with them, and He doesn’t fail.

“What is born of God is victorious over the world and this month especially, we will walk in victory by the power of the Holy Ghost. See victory only throughout this month,” he charged the global congregation was moved to act on the timely word of the Lord from the mouth of Pastor Chris.

May is the ‘Month of Victory’ Pastor Chris Oyakhilome told the audience at the recently concluded Global Communion Service.

See Victory only, says Pastor Chris

The Global Communion Service was full of the joy of praise, thanking the Lord for positioning His people for perpetual victory all through the month of May and beyond.

“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.” (1 John 5:4)

This month especially, we will walk on victory by the power of the Holy Ghost. See victory only!

Live in the victory of Christ

Looking back at past Rhapsody of Realities, we can see the relevance and significance of victory in our spiritual lives.

Pastor Chris has said when discussing living in the victory of Christ: “Life may be filled with adversities, but the Word says you’re more than a conqueror through Christ. This should give you comfort, peace, and joy. You’re living in the victory of Christ.” He continues to say: “Don’t allow the circumstances of life make you a victim. You were born into the victorious life in Christ.”

The Man of God has also taught us absolute victory every day, saying that we are to live our lives in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ every day. He added: “That simply means one thing: absolute victory for you every day. If you’d do what the Word says, your life will be full of joy, glory, excellence, and victories. You can’t fail or be defeated in His Name.”

In another recent Rhapsody of Realities, Pastor Chris emphasized our absolute victory by saying: “When you pray, you’re guaranteed to receive answers, because every request you make is as though Jesus were the one making that request since you’re making it in His Name. The Father sees your requests as Jesus’ request; you’re praying in His place and since Jesus can’t be turned down, your request can’t be denied.

He continued to say: “It’s a legal thing; He gave us the power of attorney to use His Name and live in His Name. It doesn’t matter what challenges you might be facing; if you’d use the Name of Jesus, victory is assured.”

The good fight of faith

The Man of God has assures us victory as long as we fight the good fight of faith.

“No matter what happens in your life—in the world, or around you—refuse to be broken, disillusioned, or overwhelmed; use your faith!” Pastor Chris has taught us.

“Your faith is the victory that overcomes the world and its failures, corruption, darkness, wickedness, and decadence. Every adversity you face is your opportunity for a testimony as you use your formidable arsenal: the shield of faith. That’s the one you’re counseled to take on above all the others.”

He continues to say: “Never think there’s a challenge you can’t surmount; no trouble is too much for you to overcome. With the shield of faith, you’re invincible. It doesn’t matter how Satan throws the darts at you; remain strong in faith!”

Victory is our heritage

Last week Pastor Chris explained that in Christ, we don’t pray to be victorious; victory is our heritage; it’s our life!

“We were born to be triumphant always and in every place. That’s what the Word says and it’s immutable. Let your spirit get a hold of this truth, and live accordingly.”

He went on to say that this doesn’t mean that we won’t encounter challenges; but it means we’ll always win, regardless of the challenges. He continues to say: “So, it makes no difference what happens, where you find yourself or who’s against you; you’re more than a conqueror. You can never be disadvantaged.”

God has given you everything it takes to live victoriously every day. He gave you the Holy Spirit, gave you His Word, and gave you the Name of Jesus. Then, He also gave you the ability to speak, to use words.
