No matter what circumstances may look like, we stand on the assurance that Christ is alive and active in our lives today.
The opening session carried an unmistakable prophetic fire. Ministers of the Gospel reminded everyone that the visible challenges we face are temporary. “The things which are seen are temporary,” one speaker proclaimed, “but the things which are not seen—they are eternal.” Whether it’s a struggling marriage, a failing business, or an empty bank account—if you can see the problem, then according to God’s Word, it is subject to change!
Jesus Alive Conference – Day 1
Day 1 was also rich in revelation on the power of the seed. We were reminded that God is the Lord of the harvest and when we sow, we’re not just releasing material—we’re releasing the Word of God. The seed, carrying divine instructions spoken at the beginning of creation, activates a supernatural process: heaven opens, rain falls, and multiplication begins.
One of the most stirring insights shared from Pastor Dan Willis was about God’s posture—God sits, and God stands. In Scripture, when God is seated, He is executing judgment and ruling in authority. But when God stands, it’s a sign of divine action. The Bible records God standing twenty times, twice as often as He sits. What does this mean? It means God is eager to act on behalf of His children. “He’s not playing games with you,” the preacher emphasized. “When God stands, He’s saying, ‘I’m coming to the rescue!’”
And on Day 1 of this great conference, there was a strong sense in the Spirit: God has just stood up for someone! He is moving mightily, healing, restoring, and prospering His people. The Jesus Alive Conference is not just an event—it’s a divine moment in time when heaven and earth collide to usher in the miraculous.
