Film And Media Conference Is Set To Inspire

The LoveWorld Arts and Music Ministry is asking if we are ready for the film and media conference to be held on the 8th of February. This event is welcomed by all in the industry as a life-changing meeting of some of the most creative actors and filmmakers of our generation.

This event will be streamed across all LoveWorld media outlets and this extraordinary line up of speakers will be introduced by the Esteemed Evangelist Kathy Woghiren. She is the Director of the Director of the LoveWorld Music Ministry (LMAM) and Chairman of LoveWorld Records Label. This creative collective can be found on several continents in many countries all around the world. She is a talented singer and creative songwriter who mentors, trains and guides some of the best Gospel music stars in the world.

Actors from many popular shows and films

Sylvester Madu is a popular Nigerian actor, director, producer, entrepreneur, and Philanthropist. He started acting at the age of five before joining Nollywood in 1998. He often plays the hard man with creativity and panache. Madu has featured in over 200 movies including Tears of the Blind, Emotional Tears, Born to suffer, The Shepherd,   Power of Love and, Ogbala the Family Hunter.

Femi Jacobs is a Nigerian actor, speaker, and singer. He came into prominence for playing Makinde Esho in the film The Meeting, which also starred Rita Dominic and Jide Kosoko. For his role in The Meeting, he received a nomination for Best Actor in a Leading Role at the 9th Africa Movie Academy Awards. He continues to win awards for his many appearances in TV and film roles.

Blossom  Chukwujekwu acted in many sitcoms and soap operas before transferring to the big screen. He landed a role in ‘Flower Girl’ which was his breakout movie. Released in 2013, it achieved critical and commercial success in Nigeria, Ghana, the United Kingdom and film festivals in the USA and Canada. Chukwujekwu plays the lead role of Kelechi Pepple in Nigeria’s first indigenous telenovela, Taste of Love.

Directors and producers who bring films to the screen

Biodun Stephen is a Nigerian film director, writer, and producer, who specializes in romantic drama and comedy films. The characters in her films are some of the most delightful onscreen.

Isioma Osaje is a renowned film and television producer. She is also the Creative Director for Agency 106. This agency manages some of the hottest stars in Nollywood like Adesua Etomi, Ireti Doyle, Blossom Chukwujekwu, Timini Egbuson, Michelle Dede and Linda Ejiofor

Michelle Bello is a British Nigerian film director and film producer. She is also CEO of a Nigerian-based entertainment and publishing company, Blu Star Entertainment Limited. Michelle produced and directed her first feature film called Small Boy in 2007. The movie became an instant hit in the USA  and it was nominated for two awards at the American Black Film Festival in Los Angeles the following year.

Daysman Oyakhilome is the son of Evangelist Kathy Oyakhilome-Woghiren. He is a passionate empowerer of people’s skills. He went into the world of creative arts and has become one of the world’s best screen animators. He has had his work recognized on the world stage. By the age of 20, he had won the American Academy of Animations Walt Disney Award three times.

Keynote Speaker

Richard Eyimofe Evans Mofe-Damijo is a Nigerian actor and former Commissioner for Culture and Tourism in Delta State. Mofe-Damijo first came to our attention when he won a part in a television soap opera in the late ’80s called Ripples. Since then he has appeared in over 40 movies and is one of Nollywood’s best-loved actors.
