The InnerCity Mission for Children, Volunteer Medical Corp and Bible for all Missions gathered last week to send their top delegates to the Executive Governor of Niger State at the State Government House in Minna, Nigeria, in order to set the Hope Relief Mission Project in motion.
The chosen delegates along with the Executive Governor’s representative- Alhaji Mohammed Ketso, (also representing the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA)) sat down to discuss the best ways to implement reconstruction efforts. The meeting concluded with words of prayer and blessings for peace, progress and the development of Niger State by Pastor Sam Bala of Christ Embassy Minna.
According to the esteemed Pastor Victor Nosegbe, the leader of the delegation, offers to help rebuild the badly damaged areas were on the table, conveying that the “multifaceted ministry of the man of God, Reverend (Dr.) Chris Oyakhilome” is more than willing to help. The Deputy Governor responded incredibly positively by stating that not only are they ready to receive help, but also have an immense appreciation for such benevolence and “kind-heartedness of the man of God, Pastor Chris.”
The ministry proceeded with the sending of mass copies of Rhapsody of Realities and other ministry materials as gifts from the man of God, the handover signified the beginning of the relief effort that is to be implemented in the coming days. Niger State flood victims will soon be elevated out the depths of darkness, both physically and spiritually.
The InnerCity Mission for Children, Volunteer Medical Corp and Bible for all Missions, as a part of #community Sunday, have been behind many humanitarian efforts. Recently these organizations, that are all part of the Pastor Chris Foundation, united to help Liberian youths suffering from Ebola. His efforts added some much-needed Christmas cheer to these kids.
The goal is to ensure that every single child present has an unforgettable Christmas experience. For this to happen, Pastor Chris has enlisted his very best team to provide all the services needed. From serious medical treatment to Christmas gifts, these kids will get their Christmas wishes fulfilled.
To kickstart of the project, representatives of member agencies, the InnerCity Mission for Children, Volunteer Medical Corp Services, Bible for all Mission and Trauma Care International Foundation paid a courtesy visit to the Minister of Gender, Children and Social Protection, Alice Johnson Howard.
Young children of Liberia were overwhelmed with joy and had the Christmas that they deserved.
