Daily Rhapsody – Don’t Live Without God

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome declared March (2018) as the month of Dominion. What glory and grace that we have the opportunity to praise the Lord through our man of God. We live in God’s kingdom, in His dominion. It is our duty to worship Him to the fullest extent. The following is a prayer taken from Rhapsody of Realities, the best way to receive the Word of God. It provides a platform in which anyone can understand the bible.

A life without God

“Therefore remember that at one time you Gentiles in the flesh, called “the uncircumcision” by what is called the circumcision, which is made in the flesh by hands— remember that you were at that time separated from Christ, alienated from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world” (Ephesians 2:11-12)

The above verse describes a person in a state of spiritual destruction and decay. Living without God is the worst state to live in on earth. Indeed it is a horrible and regrettable way to live one’s life. Living your life without Christ is not a life worth living.

The Heathen

“Now this I say and testify in the Lord, that you must no longer walk as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their minds. They are darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, due to their hardness of heart” (Ephesians 4:17-18)

Those who do not know God are the Heathen. Being religious, or claiming your Christian faith to others doesn’t prevail in the eyes of the Lord if your heart and spirit are filled with darkness and doubt. Heathens only understand darkness, since the light of God is not yet in their spirit. It is truly a dire life to live, with no hope in sight without the Lord almighty in our life. Alienation from the Lord is the hardest situation in life.

Preach His Word

For this exact reason, we must dedicate our lives to spread His Word. You must preach His message and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Let the world know that Jesus is in you, and that Christ came to this world to bring us life and prosperity.

“Jesus answered him: Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God” (John 3:3)

Decide today to accept Jesus as Lord, be born again and your life will change forever. The decision to accept Jesus as Lord will be life-altering in so many ways imaginable. Don’t live another without God!

“If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved” (Romans 10:9)

Confession to Christ is your path to salvation. It is as simple as that. Eternal life is waiting for you once you are born again and proclaim Jesus as Lord. You will be one with the Lord; darkness and glory will come to the sons of God.
